Constant "not responding" when try to close out mail or change subjects in XP Internet Explorer.
I tried what Microsoft said to do, and they can't find a problem - but it is there. I scanned the machine and cleaned the disk, but the "not responding" is there constantly. Help!1 person needs an answerI do too
